Q. Does Newport Beach Diamond Limo have a minimum hourly requirement?

All limo reservations have a minimum hourly reservation requirement that varies according to season, vehicle and service area. Call our office or use our online form to determine the exact hourly requirements for your booking.


Q. When does billing begin for Newport Beach Diamond limousine service start and stop?

Charges begin at the pick up and end at the final drop-off  time applies. The balance (including the deposit) will be charged to the customer’s credit card at the time of reservation. Alternative payments may be accepted on the day of service, upon which time your credit card will be refunded the full amount.


Q. What is your policy about alcohol in the limousine?

Clients of legal drinking age (21 in the U.S.) are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages during the voyage. We are also happy to provide a fine selection of liquors for your ride as well, pre-chilled. All of our stretch limos and party buses have a bar with fine crystal glasses. Our in-car bars come equipped with an ice chest and free non-alcoholic beverages.


Q. Is smoking permitted I the limousine?

Smoking is not allowed inside any Newport Diamond Limousine’s vehicles. Please just ask your chauffeur to pull over so that you can smoke. You will be charged a cleaning fee if we find out that you smoked during the trip.


Q. What happens if someone in my group damages the interior of the Vehicle during the voyage?

The client is who booked the vehicle will be charged for any damages that occur during the trip. Newport Diamond Limo also reserves the right to levy a fee for any excessive mess or spillage that requires your vehicle to be professionally cleaned.


Q. How do I make special requests to my driver during the trip?

All of our stretch limos have intercom systems for relaying travel instructions to your driver during the trip. In addition, all drivers carry cell phones so that you can maintain communication for additional pickups throughout the day


Q. What items are provided on the limousine and what should we bring with us?

We have collection of CD’s on board, but we recommend that you bring your favorite DVD and CD’s with you or your iPod for vehicles that have iPod compatibility. We have ice and coolers on board for passengers over 21 to bring along their favorite alcoholic beverages. Don’t forget to bring your camera!


Q. What if we have gone over our reservation time but want to keep the party going?

No problem! Just check with the driver and we will do everything possible to keep the party going.


Q. What do I do if I discover that I have accidentally left something in the limousine?

If you have not already called us, we will immediately let you know if someone in your party has left something behind in a limousine, sedan or luxury party bus. Please call our Diamond support staff at to inquire about a lost item.


Q. Is the gratuity added to the bill and if so, how is it calculated?

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added to each luxury limousine invoice. The gratuity is based on the trip’s total price and charged to the deposit, along with the balance due on arrival. Additional gratuities for outstanding service are welcome!
